The new Customers page arrives on August 10

On August 10, 2026, a completely rebuilt Customers page arrives in your Ordergroove Admin. It's the same page your team uses to manage subscribers and their subscriptions, redesigned from the ground up with everything it does today, plus capabilities the old page never had and fixes for a lot of what your team has been working around.

Nothing changes yet. This is an early heads-up so you have time to brief your support team and look around yourself before it becomes the default.

What's new

  • A ground-up redesign: Faster to scan and navigate, and it now loads natively in your admin instead of an embedded frame.
  • SKU Swap: Change the SKU on an active subscription — prepaid included — without canceling and re-creating it.
  • Digital subscription support: Digital subscriptions are now supported on the Customers page.
  • Oriented from the start: The page opens with a customer list instead of an empty search box, and search results preview key details before you open a profile.

Rollout

  • August 10: The new page replaces the current one at Data > Customers. The previous version is still one click away, with the See Previous Version button at the top of the page.
  • September 7: The See Previous Version button is removed, and the new Customers page becomes the only version.

Try it before August 10

The new page is already live in your admin, it just isn't in your menu bar yet. Open the new Customers page and walk your team through it before the rollout. One caveat: this is your live admin, not a sandbox, so use a test customer or your own account.
