New event added to Klaviyo and Attentive: Order Retry-able Failure

We introduced a new event to our Klaviyo and Attentive integrations to help you communicate with customers that have orders in a retry flow: order.retryable_placement_failure.

The Order Retry-able Failure event is sent when we attempt to place an order and it fails, and it has an error that can be retried and will be processed through Ordergroove's retry logic. It is different from the Order Rejected event, which is sent when an order fails and can no longer be retried. 

Coming soon, the event will include the associated error message with the order failure, so you can further personalize communication with customers based on the error response for the order.

Upgrade your Subscription Manager theme to the latest template!

Exciting news for those of you that work on your store's Subscription Manager! Starting today you can now upgrade your theme(s) to the latest available base template.

If you've only made basic customizations to your theme, the "Upgrade Version" button will allow you to move to the latest template in just a few clicks. If you've made more advanced customizations to your theme, you can still access the latest template by creating a new draft theme and promoting it to live when you're ready. More details on the process can be found in Knowledge Center.

Coming soon will be detailed release notes for each new template version so you can see all of the exciting enhancements before you decide to upgrade.

New Controls for API Keys

Attention developers! You now have the ability to disable or switch the permission type of an existing API Key. This way you can easily switch permission types without needing to change the key, or stay protected if one of your keys is compromised.

Enhanced Order Visibility in the Retry Flow

Get a clear view of which retried orders are still in progress, so you can stay in the loop on evolving data. Because informed decisions are the best decisions.

What's included in this release: New legends on order analytics show which dates are still in the retry flow.

Blue lines signal finalized recovery and rejection rates. Gray lines signal ongoing adjustments for retries still in progress. Watch as these rates evolve during the retry process, providing you with real-time insights.

Discontinue Wizard Now Supports Inactive Subscriptions

Happy Friday everyone! Head on over to https://rc3.ordergroove.com/products/ to check out our enhanced Discontinue Wizard. Based on your feedback we've now added the option to migrate inactive subscriptions as well. This means more $$$ for you as customers will be able to reactivate subscriptions for the new product instead of the discontinued one.
