Introducing Rotating Subscriptions: Out Now in Alpha

We are excited to announce Rotating Subscriptions are now available in Alpha. Deliver a curated selection of products to your customers on a regular schedule—perfect for Subscription Clubs or Product Series. This feature allows you to set up subscriptions in Ordergroove that automatically rotate through predetermined items, providing a fresh and engaging experience for your subscribers.

Here are the two types of Rotating Subscriptions we offer today:

  • Time-Window Subscriptions: Deliver specific products based on defined time frames. For example, seasonal items like "Halloween Socks" shipped in October, followed by "Thanksgiving Socks" in November.
  • Ordinal Subscriptions: Deliver products in a predefined sequence, such as sending a "Pack of Red Socks" with the initial order, followed by a "Pack of Yellow Socks" with the first recurring order, and so on.

Getting Started:

Rotating Subscriptions are available in Alpha; reach out to the Ordergroove team to add the new functionality to your program. For more information and setup instructions, take a look at Rotating Subscriptions in the Knowledge Center.
