Back again with more enhancements to our API endpoints:

- 1-click action APIs make 1-click actions available for headless merchants

- Filter customers by email address

- Filter items by place date

- Single call to set all subscriptions to use the same shipping address

New API Filters added... and more to come!

Hello developers!

We've been hard at work to make sure we're giving you the best experience possible, and we're thrilled to announce we've added a few new filters to our API endpoints.

- Filter orders by place date

- Filter addresses by live status

- Filter subscriptions by shipping address id

Exporting Improvements - Community Edition

After the last exporting feature drop we asked for feedback, and boy did the Ordergroove community deliver. The most requested update was more insight around customer actions, and when your customers modify/update/cancel their subscriptions.

Four new reports will cover all of that and more:

  • Subscriptions - Active
  • Subscriptions - SKU swap
  • Orders - Changed order date
  • Subscribers - Inactive

We’ve also added three new fields for Subscription Level Reports to help you understand the overall health of a subscription: 

  • Last successful order date
  • Orders placed successful
  • Orders placed failed 

You can add these fields to the Subscriptions - Cancelled report to see how many past successful orders a customer received before canceling. You can also tackle passive churn by looking at subscriptions with multiple failed orders.


Take a look at Subscriber Level Reports, Subscription Level Reports, and Order Level Reports in the Knowledge Center for more information, or just jump straight into Ordergroove Reports.

An Enhanced Order Logs Experience

We've revamped the Order Logs experience, simplifying your ability to view details about every order sent from the Ordergroove platform. With these updates, you can now:

  • View the parsed XML response to easily review customer and order details
  • Quickly filter based on a customer ID or order ID
  • View all logs on one page

Analytics Cohort Update - Frequency filter


We’re back with a small addition to the recent cohorts page update:
Filter your cohort charts by Subscription Frequency. The new frequency dropdown displays all subscription frequencies on offer and how many subscriptions are tied to each.

Explore which subscription frequencies are the most valuable to your customers (and your business) with the new filter!

Exports made simple(r)

More features, more options, less effort. With the latest Export Reports update it’s easier than ever to build and export the information you need - and cut out the parts you don’t.

The following new options are available right now (in Open Beta) on the Reports page: 

  • Subscriber level reports

No more pivoting those enormous subscription exports to get a list of subscribers on a given product! Subscriber reports make it simple to export a list of active or new subscribers.

  • Product filter

No more downloading spreadsheets with thousands of rows when you only need a single product's orders!  Subscription, order, and subscriber reports can now be filtered to only include rows of a specific product or set of products.

  • Reactivations and more upcoming!

The start of something new… results of subscriber actions! Understanding what actions your customers are taking on their subscriptions has been challenging to access through the product. Reports around subscription reactivations are now available to understand the impact of win-back campaigns. 

In the future expect to see more reports like orders whose next date has been changed or subscriptions whose SKU has been swapped, amongst others.
